All products sold on this store are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products after delivery has occurred.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file, failed delivery), please contact us at i.traffordwalker@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or re-deliver your file.

European Union customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.
